Thank you for applying to Eikei University of Hiroshima. We have accepted applications from those who applied for Selection of International Students and Integrated Selection of Japanese Students in English(Autumn Admission, Third Window).
If you have not received any contact from the University, your application has been accepted. If there are any problems, we will contact you via e-mail by Wednesday, May 20, 2026.

You must print out the examination card. It will be used for identification at the second-state selection.

1. Log in to My Page on the Online Application System for Eikei University of Hiroshima.
2. Go to the “Application Form” section and print the displayed examination card.

The results will be posted on the Announcement of Successful Applicants at noon on Friday, May 29, 2026.

A Zoom connection test will be conducted for applicants who pass the first-stage selection.

The second-stage selection will be an online interview. You will be asked questions in English based on the contents of your application documents.

・Details regarding the second-stage selection will be provided to those who pass the first-stage.
・Please refer to the “Online Examination” section in the Student Application Guidelines before the interview.

1. Prepare a quiet environment (e.g. a room at home).
2. Print out your “Examination Card”. It will be used for identification during the second-stage selection.
3. Prepare a computer or tablet, microphone, and earphones or headphones for the video meeting. A computer connected to a wired LAN is preferred. Smartphones are not recommended for taking the exam.
4. Install the Zoom application on your device. Access the “Join a Test Meeting – Zoom” website and check your audio and video settings.
5. Set your display name in Zoom to your “Examination ID Numbers”.

Examination dates and time will be posted on the Announcement of Successful Applicants page at noon on Friday, May 29, 2026.
The Zoom meeting URL will be sent by email to applicants who pass the first-stage selection.

・The examination will be conducted in Japan standard time (UTC＋9). If you are taking the exam from outside Japan, please be aware of the time difference.
・Be sure to connect to Zoom 10 minutes before the exam start time, and wait until you are admitted to the meeting room.
・If you are not connected to Zoom within 5 minutes after the exam start time, it will be considered as absent, and no re-examination will be allowed.
・The university will not contact examinees individually on the exam day.
・In case of any issues (e.g., being unable to connect to Zoom), please contact us by email.
