【Special Notice】
Regarding the COE (Certificate of Eligibility) application, because Eikei University of Hiroshima was not designated as an “approved institution” eligible for simplified application procedures and other preferential treatment from the Immigration Bureau. Thus, preparing the application documents and the review process may take longer than normal and it may cause your arrival in Japan delay after the date of enrollment (September 28) or the start date of autumn quarter. Please keep this in mind when considering your application. We truly apologize you for the inconvenience. Selections
Based on the admissions policy of the university, the contents of the application documents and interview will be evaluated and successful applicants will be selected.
